Like it's your first and will be your last.
Can you imagine that?

To live in the moment takes a special kind of person. You have to be selfish and inconsiderate. In order to truly live in the moment, you have to throw caution to the wind and do what feels good to you at that moment without forthought. You can NOT consider what another will think or do or feel or what ramifications may come with regard to your actions. You have to be a me kind of person.
Its a difficult concept for most, since most think of at least ONE person that may NOT like what they are doing and possibly change their minds because of it. I guess you have to be devoid of conscience also. It also requires a great deal of spontonaety.

You "live in the moment", because it's like time freezes. I don't think you have that feeling everyday. Where it's like one second I'll be doing something that might change your life forever.
Like I'm living the moment of answering this question...because I might not ever answer it again.

Living in the moment is to realize it as well as experiencing it.
To realize,...
(1) the past is over, done and unchangeable.
(2)The future is promised to no man (or women).
Simply put,..
The moment is all you have,..and ever will have.
Live it.

Life is but a moment.... just looking all around you and appreciating what you have..realizing you could be worse off..enjoying the zest of life and partaking of its essence..if you live in a single moment ...the rest of life will simply pass you by

By trying to make the best of each moment and trying to concentrate on the positive aspects of life, rather than dwell on negative ones;regardless of how depressing the current situation may be.It's basically applying the principal of mind over matter.

“You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment" -- Henry David Thoreau
To live in the moment is to live your life based on spiritual concepts taught by early Christianity and many other religions. Meditation helps one to learn to stay connected to the moment and who they truly are.

to live in the moment is to be fully present in the "now". to accomplish this you have to stop all the "noise and babbling" in your head. alot of meditation helps. when you live in the moment everything is possible.
