I sometimes get dry while having sex and I now have a raw spot. Is there anything I can use to make it go away quicker

Just leave it alone, wear cotton undies to keep moisture at bay, it should heal in a couple of days. It's not good to use products like neosporin or other ointments there, because there's beneficial bacteria that you could be killing off.

Get some lube. They make lots of diferent types some flavored and some thet gets warm when you apply it.
Try a few different things and have fun.

not quicker but he sure needs to get you a little more excitied then your heavenly juices will flow/ or get some non water based lube it seems to help/after my wife has an orgasm she dries out everytime couple drops on the shaft or her clit everything is good to go/ HAPPY HUNTING sorry a little graphic

Dont have sex for a few days while it heals and use lots of lube next time

There's nothing I know of that can cure your ailment other than leaving it alone, and next time use lubrication to prevent this from happening again.

use an Aloe lotion. You are evidenyly not getting enough stimulation. Use KY Jelly before sex.
