i'm in philippines and the ip im using is in the philippines, the game i want to play banned the ip of the philippines..so how can i change my ip or isp? im using smart wifi..(its like mini satellite that recieves signals from the telephone network)

you can't unless you get a different isp. it is banned because some a$$holes from there were fuking up that site, may be on a wide list of banned sites also.

if the grame your trying to run supports running through a proxy then that proxy Idea is the best way to go.
if not your pretty much out of luck, dooing the ipconfig thing will tell your computer to ask for an address again from the network but you might get assigned the same one again, and either way it's still going to be a philippines address. Static IP's from the same isp are all going to be philippines address as the ISP is assinged an address rage they can give out to their customers, they can't give/sell you and address outside that range and the game server marked that whole range as beeing blocked.

Changing ISP's might work if you happen to find one on a range that the game server hasn't blocked yet. good luck dooing that though often there aren't to many overlaping broadband providers in an area.

im on broadband and just ordered a static ip for games etc.. from my isp costs about 5bux a month you should look at your isp website to see what they have available

Look for a free proxy site. You can setup a proxy so that it looks like your IP is coming from the location of the proxy.

the ip address usually is fixed.. but u can try install 'surf anynormously' this software .. it allowed u to change the ip address
