Absolutely. Spirituality is about existence on all playing fields period, regardless of whether it is on the conscious or subconscious level. Because it starts from within first - meaning Self, Spirit, Soul (of which we all contain) all the way through the many levels to the physical level. Spirituality is through and through. So psychology would be one of the components of Spirituality on the physical plain so that man can understand the workings of the laws of the universe within and this that we live in, and not the other way around as you state. Spirituality has psychological elements - and we can see evidence of this by simply observing a new born baby and what it would take to satisfy his/her crying needs, thus cry no more. Once you understand the crying baby needs and the baby must have a way of communicating with its parents. The baby coming from the spiritual is learning to communicate and the parents long time living in the physical learns to communicate with that which can't speak at that time. So crying must be another language, as well.

according to school of thought...no but ask anyone who's dealt with elements of the Psyche and they'll tell a different story. the body and mind are one unto its self.
