Personally, I cannot, I am too wrought with societal demands of professionalism to think about carpe diem. I used to seize the day all the time in my youth with the freedom of no responsibility - being naked, dancing in the rain, flirting with boys (and girls) and expressing myself artistically came easily and often. As with more humans in this particular society, it is increasingly difficult to carpe diem once gae starts to hit - jobs could be lost, people don't take you seriously, which is really too bad. That.... and I am very lazy!

I do think it is possible to be proffessional and still sieze the day - I just haven't figured it out yet!

(p.s. I like tunasandwich's answer!!)

Question makes little sense to me. I never do anything unless I want to do it. Doesn't really answer the question I guess, but maybe equals it in pointlessness

Carpe Diem - It is not a choice for me, it is a lifestyle. Yesterday is gone and tommorow never comes. All we have is today, make every one of them count, because you never know how many todays you have left.
