Tilt your pelvis upwards on a pillow straight after- or during is very nice!- sex to let gravity do its job. Or staying flat on your back, turn around so your feet are on your pillow and rest your feet on the wall with your legs in the air!!! Stay there as long as poss, give it at least half hour. Stops you dribbling so much too!!!!!!!!

As stated before, since this is in the Conception Catergory, I will assume you mean positions that provide a higher % of getting pregnant.
The missionary position and the 'doggie' position are the top 2 according to my OBGYN. Those positions penetrate deeper than some others.

Actually the standard mish posish (missionary in case you were wondering) is very good for conception as the vaginal canal is tilted downward the sperm pools at the cervix, when you've finished if you stay on your back with your knees bent and pelvis tilted for a few minutes or even with your legs up the wall it helps hold the sperm there for a little longer. i love doggy sytle as llong as he gets you wet enought before he puts it in, or when i am side ways and hes behind me with one of my legs up, is always good too, be i love all positions

trust me it has to be doggy style,once your partner has ejaculated you should remain in that position for a minute to allow any sperm to travel down towards your eggs
