Unless you know anyone connected with the organisation/ road crew/ management/ band or venue you have absolutely zero chance as they are very strictly regulated and traceable bak to those who were issued with them....anyone who sells/ trades/ whatever backstage passes will get thrown off the tour.

have you seen "Walk the Line"? there's a girl in that who goes up to the bouncer and is like "Tell Johnny .........(insert name here) is here", and he's like, ok.. and goes off and then johnny cash thinks he should know the girl or something so he lets her in. just try that, "Tell Roger ........ is here". might as well try anyway.
