One minute, one hour, one day at a time. I know the day seems like it will never end and every minute an eternity but eventually we have to move on. It may never go away but it may become bearable. There will always be something that will remind you of this person forever. It could be a song, a phrase or a shade of blue eyes and you will feel that tug on your heart and smile because of the memory.

Remind yourself and talk to people about your fading memories. Make a memory book or a token of something that helps you remember something. If it is a bad memory--it's best to just let go of it. But if it's so great...share it with everyone and maybe they will help you remember.

Turn to the only one...God!!! And take it one day at a time. Try to focus on the good things that God has put in our lives. I don't think emotional pain ever goes away, we learn to deal with it on a day to day basis. God bless you and keep the faith in Jesus, Our Lord and Savior!!!

Time... Remember "time heals everything" and "if it doesn't kill you, it will only make you stronger!!!"
