My husband and I had sex around the time of my ovulation and 6 days later I started experiencing some mild cramping on my lower right side that shifted a day or two later to the center of my ab, like mild menstrual cramping, along with some breast sorenesss and it felt as though my cycle was going to start. My cycle is not due to start until 7-4-06. These are NOT common symptoms for me I don't have the breast soreness before my cycle starts nor the cramping, I only cramp the day my cycle starts, so I took a pregenancy test on 6-26-06 and another this morning both were negative and I am now having headaches is possible that I was able to conceive?????

I tested 6 days before my period was due and it was positive, I had the same symptoms you are experiencing, except for my cramping happened 8 days after ovulation, which now I know it was implantation and it did feel like I was about to have my period, but yet I was almost a week early for it so, you might want to wait a little longer and test again. I used the www.early-pregnancy-tests.com these tests detect 20 units of hcg, Good luck!!

Oh another thing, for early testing, morning urine is the best because since there is not too much hcg present, you need the most concentrated amount of it which would be in the morning.

You could be pregnant but it could be too early to test. First Response Tests have the ability to tell you if you are pregnant 5 days before your missed period. Wait til the 1st and try again, make sure you take the test first thing in the morning as that is the best time to test. Breast soreness can start 1-2 weeks after you've conceived so again its possible. If a baby is what you want, GOOD LUCK!!
