Are these symptoms new, or you've always had them? Anything new and unusual I would check with a doctor. Nausea and fatigue, throbbing pain---if you experience these symptoms for more than three days, go see your doctor. If you're also feverish, go now.

Sounds like it could be kidney stones. They can be very painful. You need to see a doctor and have some tests performed. If it is kidney stones, you need to drink lots of water and they may pass during urination. If they persist they can be treated with laser therapy. Good luck.

Definitely GO TO THE DR! You may have appendicitis. My brother in law had the same symptoms and his burst, but they caught it just as it burst...so he's ok. You need a Dr NOW!

I would have to agree with the kidney diagnosis. Are you experiencing chills too?
