I think dreams are a way for the brain to have release. Just like we would sit down and read a book or whatever just to have a break. Although, maybe sometimes dreams could be prophetic, just depends on how you look at it. If we didn't have dreams, how would our brain discard all the junk that goes into it?-we would probably be out in the world doing some of the things that take place in our dreams and the world would be total chaos.

daily life is the reality and the real awareness of what our conscience is going through. Dreams are the alternate reality our brains transmit in order to calm our minds. but dreams are something more, they translate our life into a good or frightening interpretations. So yes, you can say that they are related.

when you are awake you dream of some certain stuff and when you are asleep some times you wana wake up to live the real life to run away of dream land
+ you can dream of what you saw or thought about in your day and you can live your dream and that is the best you can get to

dreams in no way predict anything if that is what you are asking - they are usually related to life in that you will still be thinking about things that relate to your life while you are dreaming - like something that you have done or were thinking about doing or talking about doing.

confident, yet desires are no longer literal. It extremely takes so lots greater analyzing into. attempt a dream dictionary. yet this is style of unhappy. i'm sorry on your loss. :( My terrific buddy and that i went to different colleges this year, and we was extremely close, and he or she advised me a brilliant number of her secrets and techniques. i do no longer refer to her as normally, yet i desire to come again in touch. those days, I had a dream wherein I observed her for the 1st time in months, and when I seize as much as her, she turns around and coldly tells me that I extremely have betrayed her. i'm undecided how our desires could relate to our existence, yet there is usually a deeper which ability.
