Do you eat fish??!! I don't and I had this same problem, went to see the doc and it turns out my iron level was very low in my blood. You can take these Omega capsules that you can get from GNC..It can also be a sign of depression.

Get 7-8 hours of sleep a day and make sure you are getting all of your nutrients, exercise also helps.
Exercising in the morning will kickstart your body for the whole day.

I have read through some of the other answers. This is a sign of depression as well. I would talk to your doctor. If it is bad enough that your asking about it. Good Luck!
