this guy had 3msn accounts and claimed to be online 24/7 and the website has now vanished and he hasnt been online there were tracking codes but they didnt work over here he was selling ipods and lcd tvs and gprs please let me know if u brought and recieved or didnt recieve yours goods ive lost 2grand because of this guy and i figure what he did was wrong i know he sold them on ebay but jumped of it after 3days!!! thanks guys xxxoooo

I would suggest that you get in touch with an international student center at one of the local universities. You can then meet with a student studying here from China, and the student will at least have the insights to tell you where you stand in dealing with this difficult situation. Otherwise, there is really no way to enforce or honor agreements such as you describe.
