Read the job describtion. Any qualities they mention you should be writting about, even if they arent really what you think the job needs or if they aren't your strongest qualities you should still use them and try to make your experience fit.

U hve to give ur supportings of y u r the right person for the applied job. Its bcos, the employer want to know ur strengths and skills which are suitable for the applied job. As iam Human Resources, i wll b asking many questions like these to candidates, to test their capability of the skills which the candidates possess.
