Hi

1) Plug the phone line into the back of the router (remember to fit a microfilter)

2) Connect the Router to each of the PC's that you want to connect to the internet using either a network cable or a wireless card.

3) In a web browser on one of the PC's that are connected to the router, enter the following in the address bar: 192.168.0.1. Press enter and you should reach you router config. (if 192.168.0.1 doesn't work then have a look in your manual for the default IP of the router)

4) In the config for the router there should be an option that allows you to enter your user name and password for you ISP. Enter the details that the ISP gave you into here and click 'connect'. Your router should now connect to the internet. (assuming you've entered all the correct details).

Good luck!!

Connect the router via a Cat5 (Rj45) network cable.
Else u need a PCI Wireless card...

The router by default will have dhcp, so just connect cable as
no TCP/IP to setup!
(Or install card / connect cable)

Check out these pages:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/networking/expert/crawford_02april22.mspx

http://www.vicomsoft.com/knowledge/reference/wireless1.html#13

It shows you how to set up a wireless bridge so that you can share your connection.

I assume that you have an internal PCI ADSL Modem and would liek to share it wirelessly. Install either a PCI Wireless card or a USB wireless device and follow the advice in the pages above.

It goes between your phone line and the computer, so that all your computers do not dial up themselves, but use the router.
