DUI S SHOULD GET THE SAME CHARGE AS SOMEONE WHOSE CHARGED WITH ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

I read an article about people who got a DUI from the breathalyzer... Lawyers were taking it to court, being able to face the accuser (the breathalyzer. The lawyers were asking for the undistributed cource code of the program to find out how it worked. The company would not allow it (other companies would steal the product) so the case was dropped...

Also:1st offense 4 month suspension.... Appeal appeal appeal

Good luck

NOt unless you have seriously compelling evidence that you are not guilty. When you go to trial the prosecutor is going to go for the highest charges available, because you are putting everyone through the hassle of a trial (no one wants that). Your lawyer should handle the negotiations for you, if you have one. If you don't have one, get one.

You better hope you got a good case,if not take the plea agreement because if a jury finds you guilty it will be a lot worse.

no. take your lumps, learn from it and never DUI again. be glad you are alive and (hopefully) didn't kill anyone.

If the prosecution has enough evidence, the jury will be really hard on you.

sure...but are you trying to BS it or do you have a legitimate defense...or a good attorney...at some point it may be allot cheaper to plead no contest, guilty to driving to endanger or just take the punishment you earned rather than rack up bill for a trial you'll lose anyway...be an adult, take it and move on...be good or be good at it.
