Literature is a perfectly valid field to study in, and commerce is a well paid field. As far as the engineering guy, I can't speak for him, but I am a computer programmer and couldn't be happier married to a woman that studied comparative literature in college.

First, I agree that you need to work on the spelling and grammar.
Second, if you don't want to be an engineer, don't be one. Don't go to school for a subject that you don't care about. Do something that you will enjoy.
Third, and last, if he cares about you, he will not really care what your degree is in. I have a Masters in Computer Science, my wife has a Masters in Educational Psychology.

If he likes you it doesn't matter what you do for a living, you really should be going to school for some thing that you like or feel you may enjoy doing later in life. Your about to spend 100,000.00 on a education in stuff that you don't like for some guy your trying to get in the sack.

if your earning good grades then your ok.you must be doing well to have such a heavy study load. this guy shouldnt think anything negative but if he does find another guy.doing what you want is what life is all about regardless of what others may say or think.

Why wouldnt you have a future, I would say that you do, if that is what you wanna do, then follow through with it, get your degree and go make tons of money....and dont worry about what anyone thinks of you, if they dont like it, then you dont need them in your life.
