I don't think anyone sells used brake line (or they shouldn't in my opinion) but a used fuel pump can be had from your local J-yard for cheap. Check out these sites:

First of all, do not buy a used brake line. The cost of a new one, is not that much, and you do not know for sure that the used one is good. Your safety and the safety of others on the road with you is worth the extra few dollars. Depending on the line that you are talking about, you should be able to get a new one for $5 - $10.
The fuel pump is going to cost somewhere between $50 -$200 depending on your area and the junkyard. It would be cheaper at a yard where you pull it yourself than one that pulls and stocks the parts. It may be just as cheap, and easier, to buy the whole fuel tank with the pump installed and replace your tank!

Used brake lines..OMG..are you suicidal?? No doubt the used brake line is brittle and will break as you install it. As for the fuel pump, unless you get one from a car that was running and broke down for other reasons you will probably be getting another one that won't work. To stay cheap as possible take your OLD fuel pump to the parts store and trade it in (core charge) on a rebuilt one. Nye

Because everything is worth something to those who need it, the cost should be something reasonable....like around 50 bucks. The pump mostly...the brake line is very inexpensive.

It's best to just get new one's, you'll come out better in the future. That way you know its new and in working order, they dont cost that much, considering that those are important items on your car.
