iv taken it too vodafone agents , and it makes a lier out of me please if you know the answer please help , thanks

Ah! the old "it's the customer's fault" trick. The cunning vodafone devils.

Answer: ride out the contract and don't take a motorola again. All the money spent on slick design is money not spent on making their phones work. Last time I was in a voda shop the manageress advised me against motorola. But they still stock 'em. Funny old world.
