Boracay man! you'll be amazed with the white sand. I have friends who have been to Bali and Phuket but they still say tha Bora is the best.
You can also try Amanpulo in Palawan (a destination to some hollywood stars), Panglao in Bohol and White Beach in Puerto Gallera (Mindoro). Anilao in Mabini, Batangas is also good place for snorkeling & the beaches in La Union is suggested for some surfing.
Calagan resorts in Batangas is a family favorite because my little nephews can enjoy swimming the clear shallow waters during high tides and do some sight seeing when marine life gets exposed during low tides.

Forget about Boracay. Overcrowded and overdeveloped. Go to Guimeras and spend 1/5th and enjoy it allot more. Ajuy Iloilo is more expensive but at 1/4 the price of Boracay. Get a real vacation for your dollar instead of the tourist traps.

Boracay is good but there are already a lot of tourists out there. If you want more privacy, you could try Camiguin Islands. Hundred islands in Pangasinan is also nice.

Boracay is super nice but a bit crowded depending on the time of the year, Palawan is nice also but kinda boring... hehe umm... Oh Bohol! i like Bohol. Camiguin,,, dnt know... not one of my fav places in the Phils... hehe it's nice though. And of course Puerto Galera and Siargao.

When i went to Boracay it was really nice, but lately i have heard so many bad things about it.

if you're in budget go to boracay or bohol island but if you have extra money go to palawan it is a paradaise on earth

i will say its boracay and dakak..
but most of philippines beaches were beautiful and nice..
