i won a lottery but i am suspicious of it because i am supposed to send
transfer fees in order to receive the prize

It's basic common sense...when someone sends me some thing saying I won a lottery that I know I haven't entered (or even heard of)...I know it's a scam.

It ranks up there with "My father from Agabooboo died and left you his fortune!"...I just am not that popular or world reknowned to know anyone from Agabooboo!!

Definitely a scam, don't fall for that. You don't just mysteriously win overseas lotteries, life doesn't work like that. But lots of people fall for it... just be more wary. And of course do NOT transfer fees anywhere.

please please PLEASE don't send money. You did not win anything. Foreign "lotteries" are a great way for people to get your money and you will never get it back. Also, in some states international lotteries are illegal.
