A girl goes through more changes dealing with puberty than a boy does: her breasts either grow or don't and she has a period.

all girl go Thur puberty at different ages ,some start at as early as eight some as late as 12 or 13 you will have to wait , as for make up that will be up to your mother

most girls start from between 11-13, but there have been girls who start menstruating at eight or something... and wearing makeup has nothing to do with puberty.
