My worst experiences are all the same. Just waiting and waiting and waiting. There is nothing you can do about it and YOU BETTER NOT COMPLAIN or else they will have cockroaches breakdancing in your food before they serve it.

My absolute worst experience at a restaurant was at Boston's pizza and it didn't just happen once. I went there to eat with my ex-boyfriend and m y sister, we were at the table for 10 min before our server asked us for our drinks. When she came back, she got our order and that took another 30-40 min until our food came out. I didn't like my dish so me and my sister had switch and I didn't like the green onions they put on top, so I placed it on the side of my dish. When we were all done, we were sitting there for 30 min before the server asked us if we were done our meal. I asked him to pack my plate to go, it took him 15 min to get that packed and when he came back I opened my box to find the green onions spread all over my food. I was outraged! I went back to the same Boston's pizza about 5 months later to know that nothing has changed. It took 30 min for the server to come and hand us drinks when we haven't ordered drinks yet. Now I would never go to that one again. I'd rather travel 15 min to get to the next one then 5 min to that one.

Either the deep fried blow fly in our KFC bucket, or the restaurant that took ages to serve their only customers, and gave me nachos with a serve of coleslaw ON TOP of the nachos???? Who the hell puts coleslaw on top of the nachos. The food was discusting, and the service was even worse. So we let the child we had with us do some sour cream finger painting!

I ate at an Applebee's once and my steak came with one of those inspection stickers on the bottom. If they left that sticker on there, hard telling what else. My friend ordered a Bloody Mary and it was separated...it was spoiled. Haven't been back to that once since.

That would be working at the hell hole that I am at now. Long hours, hot, dirty work, no breaks, and they don't know how to speak in a civil manner to the employees. I'd rather get poor service eating at a place anyday than be treated like crap where I work.

My husband had a panini sandwich at a restaurant that has served billions, no need to say the name, and bit into a roach.
