Before you take any of the advice offered in his book, do a little reading on this guy, then decide for yourself. Personally, I think he's a huckster out to make a buck using ridiculous claims backed by pseudo-science and possibly outright untruths .. but that's just my opinion .. and some other people like doctors, respected journalists, etc. He's apparently circumventing an FTC ban on making health claims by using a First Amendment loophole to talk about his 'book'.

First, he's as big a rip-off as the government and companies he is suppose to be blowing the whistle on. Note that every other line in his books tells you to go to his website, which in turn charges you a "membership fee" to use. No free answers or cures from him. His fastest way to lose weight is to empty your pockets of money for his website and books.

There are reputable books to read out there for natural cures for not only weight loss, but just about anything that ails us. Do some research on-line or at your library.

Sadly, it seems there is no easy answer to weight loss. Simply watching what you eat and exercise in any form will drop some pounds. Maybe not fast, but cut out the processed flour, sugars and chemicals and you'll be much healthier and feel better, thus giving yourself more energy to exercise. I've lost 80 pounds, it's been neither fast or easy, but it can be done. Just don't let scam artists sell you their quick-fix snake oils.

There are also many knowledgeable people at your local health stores. There are items there to jump-start your efforts, naturally.
Look at colon cleansing and thyroid help if it seems more difficult than it should be for you to start seeing shed pounds from your efforts.

Anything Trudeau can tell you on his website, can be found on-line or in natural remedy books. He's telling the truth about corporate America and the government, your health and the dangers of the foods we eat, but it's based on the research of others. Good luck and watch out for those scam artists.

Trudeau has been arrested for scamming people in the past. And he's back at his old tricks. Stay away from that con artist.
