i am trying to whore all of my band members on my page. is there a way i can fill out 1 form and get 1 code with everybody on it? i don't need pics i just want the members name withh the add me button under it. if anyone can help it will be great i'm new to all of this

umm whore isn't a term or acronym associated with computers at all, cept for chatrooms lol.

1 code? you mean 1 file? because 1 code could mean anything from 1 letter to 1000 gigs of code and beyond...
the add me button thing sounds like you want some PHP on a website to register with your site?
