I am already married since 2001 but still no issue. Semen test done several times in several labs, but result found same.

Unfortunately, there is really nothing that can be done :( If there were some sperm, you could be a candidate for IVF with ICSI, where they directly inject sperm into your partner's egg.

There is using a sperm donor and there is also adoption. Both are great options to parenthood!

I think you will need to discuss the reasons for the condition you suffer from - the medical name is "Azoospermia".

It can be caused by childhood illness, infection or other immunological disorders or simply a physical problem like a blocked sperm duct. If your count is zero then natural methods such as zinc and improving your diet may not help because there is likely to be a much more serious underlying cause. But it may be curable, it depends on what it is.

Men who have no sperm in their semen are sometimes able to conceive with their partners through an IVF procedure called TESE in which sperm cells are directly extracted from the testes with a needle (yeah sounds nasty doesn't it) - the cells would then be injected into their partner's egg and left to fertilise (this is called Intra-Cyclasmic Sperm Injection or ICSI in the UK - I'm not sure if it has a different name in other countries). The embryos are then returned to the woman's uterus and everyone keeps their fingers crossed for the next 2 weeks that they will implant. If I was you I would discuss this with your doctor.

My partner had a low sperm count which improved naturally aftera few months so anything is possible. But complete azoospermia is a different kettle of fish to just a low count, sadly.

I am sorry to hear your plight. But don't worry I am sure that science has progressed so much that there must be a solution to your problem. Don't lose hope. Just consult a good doctor and everything will be fine. I wish you all the best. God Bless.

Stop masterbating.

You need to have about 4 days for a good sample.
Dont wear briefs, wear boxers.
Dont wear tight fitting pants.
Stay away from bike riding while testing.
Stay out of hottubs while testing.
Try and keep your sac cool.

even doing everything the doctor tells you wont always work.

You might wanna switch to boxers instead of tighty whiteys. Let them breath & and hang low. Body temp affects sperm.

I think you're going to have to talk to your doctor about this. I wonder why they didn't talk to you about this after the lab tests.
