why do we do things we know we shouldn't?

Sometimes we do things cos their tempting.
Example; Your on a diet and you see a dreamy chocolate cake and you say "one slice won't hurt!" And then your diet is go out the window.
So really what I'm trying 2 say is we do things sometimes without thinking! xx(",)xx

We do things we shouldn't because of evil nature. Men were created good by the creator. However, man begin corrupt some where along the way and so evil exist amongst men. if you make your self vulnerable to evil, I mean always thinking evil, you are quickly convinced by your innermost self to do evil instead of good.
