You have configured the firewall not to create any cookies and not to go insecure web. Set your firewall settings to the medium secure. You can also try using the building firewall of windows xp.

Norton Internet security is junk.
I have fixed more machines connections to the internet by uninstalling it.
Get AVG free edition. *FREE what I reccommend to all my clients.
If you really need a firewall other than windows's built in one, zonealarm is most excellent. *FREE but usualy the built in firewall is sufficient.

run norton and set parentel locking sttling to "off"
