Go for it dude. Just wait for that right moment, maybe your walking along the beach, or through the park, or perhaps your have lunch or something. Just lean forward - pucker up, and smack-bang. Just be gentle though, no need to be forcefull, just kiss her 'lightly'. Dont stick the tongue in yet, that can come later.

keep your eyes close. hold her lower lip tightly between your lips and suck all that you can. you can mildly use the teeth also to give her an impression on her lips which will remind her of that event for days together.
