12:25 AM eastern daylight time july 3rd....Stay up late sunday night! With a little luck you may see it but they say unless you have a good telescope it probably wont be viewable....I have mine ready so if I get lucky we will send a pic!

We were suppose to be able to see it here in California and were told it would be quick and small like a shooting star. I looked out my window a few times but missed it. Darn! Hope you get some photos.

I don't know what part of the US it is going over, need more info. It may not be visible in all of the US. First I heard of it.

are you serious ?if i see it my son can take pics on his cell and send them over the net(he's a computer whiz)he figured out how to hack text messages and ringtones.Of course i told him to quit hacking and he obediently stopped.

WHAT?!!?!?!?!? I didn't know anything about an aseroid. What's this all about?? When is this supposed to happen?? Monday nite?? can you see it from Manhattan???
