im an employee of a company and i would like to ask if there would be a way for the server guys or the network admin know what websites i've been accessing and how can i prevent them from seeing it...

the network admin can do anything
there are many network monitoring programs that network administrator can use them for monitor the client activities
and also can close some urls and site that is harmfull for netwok

Unless you know how to get around the proxy server, (which vary from server to server) there is no way.

Just wait till you get home. I'm sure this website is not worth losing your job over.

Actually, just dont do bad things at work. Much better idea, because even if you use that method, someday someone will catch you.
