I think JK will kill off Harry in the end because he has a bad habit of making bad choices, also this will leave the way for Ron and Mermione to live happy ever after and have a son who they'll call Harry. (although I'd rather see Harry live happy ever after with Luna)
I think Hargrid will die because he would do anything to save Harry but doesn't have the spellmanship to protect himself.
I note that she didn't say that only two die, only that she's ended up killing two additional people who she wasn't going to kill off.
Either way we will not be satisfied with the end of the series and will always wonder what happened next!

J. K. Rowling has stated that two will die. That may include Voldemort and Harry which would give it a balance. I suspect that Voldemort will be one of them. However, I don't think that J. K. Rowling will tell us until people have paid money for the book. Recently, Rowling said "One character got a reprieve, but I have to say two die that I didn't intend to die," she said.

If that is the last book then i would think Harry would have to die for her to write other books. Her main character has to die or people will keep asking for a sequel to the last book.

we don't know yet. only the mighty JKR knows it (at least i hope so).
there are theories about Harry's death being necessary in order to finally destroy Voldemort for good but I personally have doubt that she would do that
