When tonsils are removed (this is done in a procedure called a tonsillectomy), most of the tonsils are taken out. However, some may appear to grow back, although they probably won't grow back completely or to their original size.

Yes, in some rare cases tonsils can grow back after you have had them removed.

ok, i comprehend that each individual is conserving no on right here yet guess what? they're incorrect! My mom-in-regulation purely had an operation because genuinely one of her tonsils grew back. It did not look proper so that they took it out and examined it. It became out benign. So, the answer is certain!
