Pele was classed as the best player. But in my view above all players was the genius and late Georgie Best. He had so much talent that he could do so much with the skill he had for the game, his biggest down fall was of course the booze. Pity he did not have anyone to guild him in the right direction, maybe if he had he would have surely been the best in the world. R.I.P Georgie the belfast boy.

Alan Shearer. I'm a Newcastle fan and to turn down Man U and a guarantee of trophies to come home and play for his club deserves some respect. Also, he was one of the greatest centre forwards ever produced in the UK-and without the amount of serious injuries he's had, and an early international retirement he could well of gobe on to become Englands greatest goalscorer.
