The World Wide Web Consortium has many tutorials on programming languages. You can do them for free online at your leisure.

Learn programming first. Then you can try writing any program.

Go to www.ebooksclub.org and register there. You can download some Beginners e-books from their huge collection.

I recommend you to understand the concepts deeply. Then you can adapt to any programming lanuage.
