I am going there in september to be a video game designer, has anyone seen it, been to it, or heard about it. I really want to know cause I live in Texas, and I haven't visited it. If you know of it does it seem like a good school? whats your opinion?

they have been around for a while, so its not a fly-by-night organization.

as you may or may not know - Vancouver's a hotbed for game development: EA, Radical, Rockstar, Relic, Buena Vista, Mainframe and DOZENS more... so coming here will hopefully give you an opportuinity to intern or do a practicum within the industry.

best of luck to you...

ps.
FYI, your "campus" is downtown and close to transit as well as the "SkyTrain" so in choosing accomodations, that's good to know - you'll be in an area called Yaletown. Good accessible areas to live would be downtown, West End, Kitsilano, Mt. Pleasant, Strathcona, Fairview or Commercial Drive if you don't want to be spending a lot of your time commuting.. Bicycle's a great way to get around, ca might be a headache and expensive with parking in that area.
