Yes, why not? As long as your questions are not to divulge a classified answer. We have the right, but still depends on what kind of questions are you going ask. No stupid answers huh. You should follow your own advise. But yes they are aloud to ask questions. They do it all the time. They even answer questions.

Some are allowed access to the Internet, some aren't. It depends on the prison. If you have doubts about someone, be careful.

At the prison I was at, there were computers but no internet.

i would assume that
it would be up to the prison staff as to whether or not you can go onto the net .if they have internet ask someone if you can use it.
