Well there are numerous reasons this could be happening to you, Just make an appointment to see a doctor ASAP! This could be a symptom of a serious STD or prostate cancer or a million other things. It also could be just a urinary tract infection, so the best thing for you to do is go to the emergency room or go to the doctor quick before it gets worse. The burning may have stop because the infection has settle in or it might still burn but you've gotten use to the feelings so it doesn't feel severe anymore.

Put some bleach on a q-tip and insert as far as you can without passing out. This will kill all the nasty stuff you might have contracted from the butt pirate you met last week.

Not good. Give it a couple of days, take some vitamin pills, and see if it goes. If not then go to the doc.
