DEFINATELY! Growing up, girls were not allowed around my home because of my bio. father raping me. So, I turned into one of "The Guys", (not sexually)! I played football with them, baseball, fought beside them. I personally believe that because of my "male" friends, I turned into somewhat a better person. I knew their most intimate secrets, found out what guys wanted from girls. I still have a very close and dear male friend whom I can talk to if and when a problem arises, so that he can explain to me WHY my husband finds it hard to talk to me about work, etc. it is STRICTLY platonic. It's easier to talk to a guy than a girl, they do not spread rumors, or... add and subtract from your problems.

my personal experience and from what i see in my family and friends during 37 years of my life made me realized that it s almost impossible for men and women to be friends i mean just friends no sex or flirting involved.
