does anyone know if Grapeseed extract Actually helps Arthritis ??

Grape seed extracts are only available in the USA and they are best for all kinds of disorders. It enhances the immune system and is full of vitamins and minerals. A good source of anti-oxidant.

I use Grapeseed oil for all cooking, but found something with far more antioxidants and flavenoids in it, very effective for arthritis.

No.It does not help arthritis.
