in some countries..some ppl do not pay attention to animals ,and worst than that they hurt them also, if u know there is no 1 there to complain, and no 1 listen to u, wht u will do then?

Try to find a Humane Society or official to report them to.
I understand that some of the third world countries don't have the resources to provide the kind of help needed.
I would say do whatever you can to help where ever you can - and do pray.
We sometimes can light only one little candle in the darkness - but it is still a light. So keep doing your best.

I think that it is really important when viewing the traditions and values of other countries that you should do a lot of research. Religion plays a very big role in other countries and as such they value animals quite differently. For example, some religions think it is a sin to kill cows, while we here in America eat cows for three meals a day. Other countries also are not as wealthy as we are, and as a consequence their animal welfare may not be as important to them as it to us. If you want to do something for animals in other countries, first pick a cause and research the countries stand on that cause. Then maybe start a spay and neuter program in another country. You may want to start a animal shelter. Sometimes a few letters to another countries government may be enough o start a change. It never hurts to try.

When someone tells me they hurt an animal, I want to make them feel the pain the animal felt. If I see it in videos I hope for the worst to whoever hurts them. They can't speak english and plead for their life. I think we should all tell everyone about how animals are used for all the cleaning products we have, and other household products. Many people dont realize the pain animals suffer for human beings. If you see animal cruelty report it right away, or save it yourself.

We need stricter penalites for those who torture and kill animals. This is sociopathic. Many serial killers have histories of animal torture when they were younger. We can intervene earlier and protect all living creatures.

im gonna ask YOU a question...i love animals too...and i hate any person who is cruel to animals in ANYWAY..i hate them...i cant be symphathetic to them...even non-vegetarians..because if you can give no thought to the killing of a chicken then you have it in you to be as cruel to human beings...so my question to you is this...do you eat meat? if you do...your loving animals is pointless...if you dont...then thumbs up to you..for you are a person after my own heart..and more importantly...it shows you are not blind...
