I'm having a lot of white discharge after a DNC. Is that normal? I mean, it's all the time... Plus, the docs informed me yesterday that I was still pregnant. So, should I be worried??

A discharge is *never* normal. Women do have cervical fluid that changes throughout the menstrual cycle and is often noticed on toilet paper when you use the bathroom or on your underwear. This is *normal* and has to be distinguished from a discharge, which will usually have a foul smell and also frequently cause itching or soreness.

If you're not sure, talk to a doctor who is familiar with what is *normal* for women. It's amazing how many doctors treat women all the time and just don't know...

Secondly, you need to clarify the pregnancy after a D&C. It is possible, but it means that the D&C wasn't done correctly. What was the purpose of the D&C--abortion? If so, it didn't work. Even if it was done for some other reason, they may have screwed up on that, as well. Talk to a different doctor for an opinion.
