You can, but it's illegal in some states for the salons to do. If they don't do it right and the color gets in your eyes it can cause permanent blindness. I'd suggest being safe and just leaving the alone.

if u want to ligh ur eyebrow . simply, if u can threding ur arms then u have also practice to use the thred then u can do it ur self or from other u can go to porlar n it change ur look but u have a problem that u always carefull n trim them after a week or 2 weeks then it become more problem for u so think

Yes it is with facial hair bleach...because you are using chemicals near your eyes and on sensitive skin I recommend having them done professionally if you choose to do them...
Sally Hansen does have a user friendly product. If you decide to do it yourself be very careful and follow the directions exactly.

yes you can but not with regular tint. it can hurt your skin and if it drips into your eyes it's very dangerous for your health. you may damage the eye permanently. and i guess you don't want that. if you are a brown hared woman you have to go to a specialized cosmetician. they have the solution for you. but if you are light hared it's easier, you can use pant tea on your eyebrows.good luck and good look!

Yes it is but dont try to do it yourself unless you know what your doing. So my advice is to get someone who knows what there doing, i.e a hairdresser or someone in that profession.
