I really doubt the book is worth more than that, even though it's 105 years old. I've been told that books printed in the last 200 years are seldom very valuable because they were printed in large quantities. If there is some reason for a book to be in very high demand, it may be worth much more than the norm, but those are exceptions like first editions of famous authors' books and autographed copies.
I collect books, and I don't really care what a book is worth before I buy it. I own math books up to 200 years old, and none of them are very valuable. That makes it easier to collect old books, for the most part. Good luck!
