This is a common complaint and has nothing to do with hygiene... there is a product called Vagisil on the market, in cream and powder form.
When you wash, use a mild soap with a neutral PH balance, stay away from perfumed shower gels or bubble baths... make sure you dry the area well... I know it sounds weird, but try a hair dryer on a cool setting rather than rubbing with a towel, it will dry everywhere and not irritate like rubbing.
Also wear 100% cotton underwear (not too tight fitting).
The Vagisil will help.

Go to Wal-Mart and get some vaginal cream...If your sexual active it's very important that you keep yourself clean...You don't want to get an infection...

if you have done the most obvious things like ,cotton under whare,stop using soap, and other toiletories thengo to the doctors this is a comon thing for women so dont be worried
