I presume you are saying that your husband beat you?

If so, then you must know it is wrong or you wouldnt' be here posting on this site.

How to give you advice is hard not knowing what country you are from, but there is never a good excuse or reason to beat your wife/husband/child. If you can you need to get away from your husband, stay with a friend or relative who you can talk to. Call the police. Call a domestic violence helpline. Call someone, don't just take it because if you let it go this time, the pattern will just keep going. Stop it at the beginning to show that you will not accept to be treated like this. There is no thing as "it will never happen again'.

I have something else to say........Your Husband beats you....and in return everyone here have started beating him without even knowing the reason for his behaviour.

Is your husband insane, maniac, alcoholic, irresponsible, dishonest, unreproductive or very protective ! If he is not a beast then there has to be some reason for his violent behaviour. Have you tried to figure it out ?

Although I am not advocating violence and it cannot be accepted in any form, but just think about this.........MAN is more aggresive by nature and some of them can't control their anger/ frustration and can come down to violence. Your husband can be mentally frustrated. He may be treated by a doctor.

Has he never loved you since marriage ? What could have changed his behaviour ? I am 31 year old and have seen many wives who are very nagging and they always keep their husbands out of their wits. Even sometimes I get frustrated by my wife's silly demands (though I won't BEAT her). Are you one of those women ?

Try to find out the reason for this situation first. It is not always easy (specially in India) to walk out of a Marriage.......Best of Luck !

Did he or didn't he. If he did, you'd better protect yourself. there are angencies to help in most communities. there is no excuse for a man abusing a woman, or a woman abusing a man (though in the real minority, there are far too many wimmmin who abuse, even phsically, their boyfriends and husbands. I saw once case the other day. She uses EVERYBODY.
I have seen, first had the terror an abusive husband can cause and the after effects. Protect yourself any way you need to. And try to get him help, but if that doesn't work, look out for yourself andy any kids!
GOOD LUCK!!!

no matter what you need help there are plenty of womens shelters and other alternatives to getting beat. If you stay with him it's like saying "it's ok to keep beating me because I am not going to do anything about it" Fix him some hot grits or mashed potatoes and throw it on him the next time he hits you. He may think twice about it.

Jeezes..

If he beats you,you need to get out.
You need to call someone for help.
Ask someone if you can stay with them for awhile until you can move out on your own.
He shouldn't be your husband if he is juss going to beat up on you.
You should probably call the police on him & get him arrested.

Leave him, pack your stuff and leave, if he does it once he will do it again, how long before you end up in hospital with serious injuries, or how long til he hits you hard enough he kills you? Pack now and leave him.
