It actually seems more important for the man than the woman. All men want to be big, but not all women want to feel that they are being split in half. They'll also tell you that men with little tools often have better technique.
Anyway, 8" is within normal range so stop worrying about it and start working on your personality.

Well it is ok but I dont how U have 8" lon & 3" in thickness. I have 7" long & 6" thick & as far as I know girls like thick & long penis. So dont worry enjoy the life.
