first loves are very special, i mean it is ur first! u'll take while to get over it, sometime, sooner or later. hold on, and be optimistic , don't depress urself. have a lovely life. keep urself busy ( like one of ur others answers said) u'll be occupied to think bout ur love. things will work out. give it some time.:) best of luck :)

Put your feelings into perspective and cherish what you had, but leave it in the past. I still love the first girl I ever loved, that was 32 years ago, but I don't pine for her, I am her friend.

We are programmed to find a mate for life. It hurts on so many levels when it doesn't turn out. It will pass though. ;-)
