Is it ever okay to call a girl repeatedly even though she's avoiding your calls?
Well, that would make you an obsessed stalker.
If she is avoiding your calls, you would do well to take the hint and leave her alone.
Because if she thought you two were meant to be together and had ANY feelings for you, she wouldn't be avoiding your calls.
So I think it's time for you to move on.

Here are your options:
#1. Stop using the phone.
#2. Ask yourself why you can't take no for an answer.
#3. Ask yourself if this is the first time that something like this has happened.
#4. Ask yourself if you think you are displaying stalker like qualities and would understand if she got a restraining order against you.
#5. Go to a self-esteem course/seminar and therapy/counselling.
#6. Get your sh*t together.
#7. Take a vacation....even if it's camping.
#8. Hang out with friends or family.
#9. Start dating and getting to know other people.

If it is hard for you to move on, remember that this kind of behaviour you are displaying makes girls want to take self defense/martial arts courses. Why? Because there are men out there, like you, that are unable to take no for an answer.
So unless you are ready to get your azz kicked, I'd suggest getting some help.
Cause your behaviour could get worse and more illogical and this is never a good thing.

You could follow my options.
If you ever make your own options, make sure you write them up with someone who knows about your obsessive nature and is there to edit and look over what you have written with a fine tooth comb.
Cause at this stage, you aren't thinking logically but rather illogically. And it would be a turn off for anybody.

Sure it's "OK" if you want her to think your a goofball. The more you call the less she respects you.

When you find the next girl, RESTRAIN, do not tell her how you feel. Wait until she gives you some signs. You can play it cool without being a jerk. Send flowers after a nice date and then DO NOT CALL HER. She will call and say thank you in a day or two. Girls run from good guys that are to available and tell you they have deep feelings and yada yada.

The best part about dating someone new is slowly learning more about them and trying to figure them out. If you spill the beans straight away, the girl already has you figured out and you become uninteresting. Never tell all, leave them guessing and excited about what may come next, who is this guy, is he as into me as I am into him?

Good luck!

Methinks if it were meant to be, she wouldn't be avoiding your calls. She'd be glad to hear from you, you know?

If she misses out on a great relationship with you, that's her loss, and yours as well, I suppose, but the fact is, you can't force her into a situation she doesn't want to be in. Give her time to come around. In that time, you may find that she isn't "Ms. Right" after all. =)

Obviously if she is not answering your calls, you are NOT meant to be together...and you will be considered a stalker and she will either change her number or file a complaint at the courts.
If you are meant to be together it would be easy..this does not sound easy nor legal...
I can give you some lawyers names if that would help?

If you call her for 2 or 3 days, and she does not return your call. You are not the one she wants to be with. You might think you two were meant to be, but inorder for there to be something, she must think that too.

Move on. Find someone else.

No. Just because she is avoiding your calls, doesn't mean she's not communictaing. Her avoiding speaks loudly. Besides, you can't KNOW you are meant to be together.

If she isn't taking your calls, every time you call you are really annoying her further and you lessen your chance to get together. Give her some space. If what you say about knowing you are meant to be together is really true then it will happen but maybe not today or tomorrow. Please stop pestering her, you do yourself no good.

How are you "meant to be together" if half of the partnership is avoiding your calls? No, that's not okay.

When you say you know you're meant for each other does that mean she knows or wants to. Why would you want to be with someone who won't answer your calls.
