Didn't Ghana get a "FREE KICK" (penalty) shot against the USA in their World Cup match? I personally will pay the postage on something you order from a USA company if we can get that "free" goal undone.

People in your own country obviously don't give out freebies. What we get in the UK is not good compared to the USA

I think your question relates to ordering things off the net which are free. If this is the case it is normall to do with Inernational Trade laws (Legal laws) and seconly due to the postal system (practically)
